Using this website
These terms apply when you use this website or send an enquiry through it. Read them before submitting the form. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the enquiry service.
The enquiry service is for UK residents aged 18 or over. Meeting these conditions does not mean you will qualify for finance. Any lender will apply its own eligibility and affordability checks.
How the service works
You complete the form with details about yourself and the finance you are considering. We introduce your enquiry to a car finance specialist. The specialist then gets in touch, explains the options and gives any quote or advice.
The specialist is an FCA-authorised firm, which may be a credit broker or a lender. It may pass your enquiry to a limited number of lenders. We do not search the whole market.
We do not lend, provide or arrange finance. We do not decide applications or give advice. A lender decides any application and provides any finance.
Submitting the form does not create a finance agreement or require you to take out finance. A quote, application or agreement will be subject to the relevant specialist's or lender's own terms. They must explain those terms before you proceed.
Fees and commission
You pay us nothing to use this service. We charge you no fee.
We may receive a commission for the introduction to lending and brokering partners. You can ask us for the amount, or likely amount, of commission relating to a proposed agreement before entering into it.
Commission may vary by lender or product and may affect what the specialist or lender offers. The specialist or lender must explain their own terms, including any charges that apply to their service or a finance agreement. Our no fee service does not mean that borrowing has no cost.
Credit searches and payment risks
We do not run credit searches. The specialist or lender runs any credit search. Ask them what search they will carry out and how it may affect your credit record before proceeding.
Car finance is credit. If you miss payments, your car can be taken back and your credit record can be affected. Read the agreement and make sure you understand the payment obligations before signing.
Information on the website
The website provides general information. It is not a personal recommendation or advice about whether a product is suitable for you. A car finance specialist gives any advice.
We aim to keep information accurate and clear. Information may change, and the website may contain errors or omissions. Check the details of any quote or agreement directly with the specialist or lender. Website content does not replace their documents or terms.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate, complete information to the best of your knowledge. Check your answers before submitting them. Tell the specialist if relevant details change after you send the form.
Only submit an enquiry for yourself. Do not use another person's details without a lawful right to do so. Do not use the website to send unlawful material, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information without permission.
Availability and links
The website may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, faults or events outside our reasonable control. We may change or withdraw website features.
Links may take you to other websites. Their operators are responsible for their content, services and terms. Read their terms and privacy information before sharing details or entering an agreement.
Responsibility for loss
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious result or was reasonably contemplated when you used the service.
The website is for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, such as lost business profits or opportunities, arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent statements, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. These terms do not remove your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy and complaints
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used. Our complaints procedure explains how to raise a concern about our service.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version shown when you use the service applies to that use. Changes do not remove rights you already have.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections under your local law and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
